Grammy winner Billy Ray Cyrus has teamed up with his daughter Noah Cyrus on a new song, "On Our Way Along." Billy's son Braison Cyrus co-wrote and co-produced the track.
The new track is the first official single from his forthcoming album The Hill, arriving on June 16th. The album marks Billy Ray Cyrus' first set of fully new studio material in 14 years.
In the track, the father-daughter duo sings about the family's Nashville property "where the sun rises on the hill" and all they've gone through together.
"Talk about full circle. This is a really special time in my life, after the 20th anniversary of Hannah Montana with Miley last week on Disney, and now releasing 'On Our Way Along' with Braison and Noah appropriately taking place on the most sacred of all weekends … Good Friday," states Billy Ray. "Braison put together an eclectic group of musicians when we recorded it at the world-famous Castle studios. It's a celebration of all things music and family. Made from the heart… for the heart."
