Green Day To Launch SiriusXM Channel 'Idiot Nation'

On April 20, Green Day will launch their new SiriusXM Channel, Idiot Nation.

"We're absolutely stoked to have our very own channel on SiriusXM to share all the songs we love. The ones that made us pick up guitars, pile into vans, and chase something loud and real," Green Day shared. "We're digging into everything, including bands we love, old Green Day demos, live tracks, deep cuts, and telling the stories behind it all. Come hang with us and let it rip!"

SiriusXM listeners can find Green Day's Idiot Nation on satellite channel 314 and the SiriusXM app with a smart device.

Green Day's Idiot Nation is a true extension of the band's lifelong relationship with punk rock. With decades spent at the top of their game, band members Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool bring a deeply personal, artist-driven perspective to the channel, hand-selecting the music and sharing the stories behind it.

The channel plays everything from Green Day's earliest demos, covers, and live recordings to their biggest, stadium-shaking anthems, alongside essential punk tracks spanning generations, from genre-defining pioneers to new noise from up-and-coming bands.

Between the music, the band shares personal stories from the road and the studio, along with firsthand insights into the artists and songs that influenced their journey.

Tré Cool hosts a new monthly show, "Ground Support," spotlighting the bands Green Day has toured with over the years, both as headliners and as fans, and featuring music and behind-the-scenes stories from artists they've shared the stage with.
