Hip-hop star Ice Spice was purportedly slapped while recently dining at a Hollywood McDonald's.
According to footage obtained by TMZ, the rapper was eating with a friend on the evening of April 15 when an unidentified woman approached their table uninvited and attempted to sit nearby.
After Ice Spice and her friend asked her to leave, the woman allegedly became agitated and slapped the rapper, sparking a brief scuffle that was initially broken up by the attacker's companion.
Additional footage shows the altercation spilling into the street, where a heated argument continued and the attacker appeared to throw another punch, leading to a second confrontation.
Ice Spice's lawyer told TMZ that the incident has been reported to the Los Angeles Police Department, adding, "The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security."
The outlet also reported that the alleged attacker, identified as Vayah, claimed Ice Spice was rude to her and used an insult, which she said prompted the altercation.
Making light of the incident in a post on X, Ice Spice wrote, "This wouldn't happen at a Wendy's."
