Janet Jackson To Appear At 2026 Grammy Hall Of Fame Gala

Janet Jackson is set to make a special appearance at the Recording Academy and Grammy Museum's 2026 Grammy Hall Of Fame Gala on Friday, May 8th, at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.

The event will mark the celebration of her fourth studio album Rhythm Nation 1814's induction into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Erykah Badu, Grammy Award-winning father-daughter duo Fyütch & Aura V, and multi-Grammy Award-nominated artist Taylor Hanson are also set to perform at the event.

Previously announced performers also include Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and Funkadelic founder George Clinton, Heart founding members Ann and Nancy Wilson, multi-Grammy Award-nominated artist Josh Groban, multi-Grammy Award-winning artists Lucinda Williams, Norah Jones and Take 6, and multi-Grammy Award nominee Teddy Swims.

Performances will pay tribute to the 2026 Grammy Hall Of Fame inducted recordings.

Well known journalist Anthony Mason will be hosting the event, which will be produced by former Grammy Awards Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich, alongside Renato Basile, Chantel Sausedo, and Lynne Sheridan, with musical direction by Grammy and Latin Grammy Award-winning composer, producer and conductor Cheche Alara.
