Country legend Dolly Parton has once again canceled her Las Vegas residency amid ongoing health issues.
The 10-time Grammy Award winner shared the news on Instagram, offering fans an update on her condition.
"Well, hey there, it's Dolly, and I am here to give you an update on a few things going on in my life," she says in the clip. "First, it's concerning my health, and I have some good news and a little bad news. But the good news is, I'm responding really well to meds and treatments, and I'm improving every day."
"Now, the bad news is, it's gonna take me a little while before I'm up to stage-performance level, because some of the meds and treatments make me a little bit swimmy-headed, as my grandma used to say," she adds.
Parton had previously postponed the Las Vegas shows in September 2025, citing health challenges. She first announced the limited-run residency, Dolly: Live in Las Vegas, in June, with six shows planned at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
The performances were later rescheduled for September this year but have now been canceled.
