The company's product candidate is Cretostimogene grenadenorepvec, an engineered oncolytic immunotherapy, whose lead indication is for high-risk Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer unresponsive to Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) therapy with carcinoma in situ (CIS) with or without Ta or T1 disease. It is administered intravesically, meaning delivered directly into the bladder through a catheter.
