Post Malone To Headline FIFA World Cup 2026 Closing Ceremony

Global music star Post Malone is set to headline the FIFA World Cup 2026 closing ceremony ahead of the final at New York New Jersey Stadium on Sunday, July 19.

The ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. local time, 90 minutes before kick-off, celebrating the tournament's 39-day journey across Canada, Mexico and the United States. Produced in partnership with Balich Wonder Studio, the event will combine music, culture and football before the championship match.

FIFA President Gianni Infantino said, "At a time when sport, culture and global attention converge, Post Malone will deliver a performance designed to celebrate the tournament's journey and ignite the atmosphere before the world's attention turns to the two finalists."

Post Malone, a nine-time diamond-certified artist, recently topped the Billboard 200 with his country debut album F-1 Trillion. His catalog includes hits such as "Rockstar," "Circles," "Sunflower," and "Congratulations."
