Nuance Communications Inc. (NUAN) said it has closed the acquisition of Tegic Communications Inc., a subsidiary of Time Warner Inc.'s AOL LLC and a developer of embedded software for mobile devices.
In connection with the acquisition of Tegic and in accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350, Nuance will grant 275 thousand shares of its common stock, in the form of stand-alone restricted stock units.
