Renaissance Learning, Inc. (RLRN) reported net income for the fourth quarter of $2.7 million or $0.09 per share, compared to $1.8 million or $0.06 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Revenues for the fourth quarter increased 9% to $28.3 million from $25.9 million in the prior year quarter.
