eDiets.com Inc. (DIET) reported fourth quarter net loss of $4.21 million or $0.17 per share, compared to a loss of $209 thousand or $0.01 per share in the same quarter of last year.
Revenues from continuing operations for the fourth quarter were $6.9 million, compared to $9.5 million in the prior year period.
eDiets.com remains comfortable with previously issued 2008 revenue guidance of about $50 million and is providing blended gross margin guidance of 49% for the year.
