Carpenter Technology Corp. (CRS) announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Allegheny Technologies Incorporated alleging that two U.S. patents obtained by the latter are not valid.
Carpenter is seeking a declaration that it has not infringed on or is not infringing on the patents and seeks an order that the patents issued to Allegheny are not valid.
