AMDL Inc. (ADL) announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Jade Pharmaceutical Inc., has signed a letter of intent with China-based Sichuan ZhiTong Pharmaceutical Ltd.
Under the terms of the letter of intent, Jade Pharmaceutical and Sichuan ZhiTong Pharmaceutical would consolidate sales forces and enter into a distribution agreement where the Sichuan ZhiTong would distribute additional AMDL pharmaceutical products including GoodNak, Levofloxicin and Ondansetron.
The company noted that Sichuan ZhiTong sells and distributes traditional Chinese medicines, health foods, medical equipment, and generic pharmaceutical products.
