NBTY Inc. (NTY) said it completed the purchase of all of the assets of Leiner Health Products Inc. for approximately $371 million. The terms of the Asset Purchase Agreement provide for various working capital adjustments.
NBTY said it acquired all of Leiner's assets, including its U.S. store brand vitamins, minerals and supplements products as well as Vita Health Products Inc., Canadian subsidiary of Leiner.
