Washington Banking Co. (WBCO) reported second-quarter net income of $2.4 million, or $0.25 per share, compared to 2.5 million, or $0.26 per share last year.
Quarterly net interest income declined to $9.35 million from $9.36 million in the comparable period a year ago. Non-interest income reached $1.64 million, down from $1.95 million in the prior-year quarter.
