Wednesday, Allegro Biodiesel Corp. (ABDS.OB) said it successfully completed the sale of its subsidiary Vanguard Synfuels LLC and related assets to Consolidated Energy Holdings LLC, following the interest purchase agreement earlier. Consolidated Energy Holdings purchased 100% of Allegro's subsidiary, which holds all of the company's biodiesel operations and related assets.
