Oil related stocks are on the downside during mid-afternoon trading. Shares of Exxon Mobil (XOM), Valero (VLO), Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO), Chesapeake Energy (CHK), Occidental Petroleum (OXY) and Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR) are also sharply lower.
