Premier Power Renewable Energy (PPRW.OB) announced that it has appointed Teresa Kelley as its Chief Financial Officer.
The company noted that in this newly created role, Kelley would lead its global finance, planning and accounting efforts as Premier Power continues to grow in both the United States and European markets.
Kelley formerly worked as Chief Financial Officer of Vista Point Technologies, a design and manufacturer of electronic components, and subsidiary of Flextronics.
