Wednesday, CryptoLogic Ltd. (CRYP,CRY.TO,CRP.L) said it signed strategic Internet poker agreement with Boss Media AB, a subsidiary of GTECH Corp.
CryptoLogic noted that it would merge its major poker customers with Boss Media's International Poker Network within the first quarter 2009.
CryptoLogic expects the migration of its poker operations and customers to the Boss Media network will generate significant cost savings of about $12 million - $15 million per year.
