Private Media Group Inc. (PRVT) announced that it has completed the acquisition of GameLink, a leading U.S. adult Internet video-on-demand or "VOD" and eCommerce company in exchange for common stock of Private.
The acquisition agreement provides for the issuance of 8,534,309 unregistered shares of Private common stock to the owners of GameLink and related companies upon completion of the acquisition, and up to an additional 4,597,397 shares of Private common stock based on earnout targets.
