Century Casinos, Inc. (CNTY) said Friday it closed the sale of its Century Casino Millennium in the Marriott Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic for a total consideration of approximately US$2.2 million.
An amount of approximately US$1.40 million has already been received by the company, and the outstanding balance is payable within the next twelve months.
Century Casino Millennium reported an average annual EBITDA of less than US$200 thousand over the last three years and generated less than 3% of the company's total annual net operating revenue.
