Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (ACS) and Clinical Solutions announced a new partnership between the companies.
As per the partnership agreement, Affiliated Computer Services will provide the infrastructure, telephony and call center services to complement the Clinical Solutions IntefleCS Health Watch tools and software. With nearly 30 thousand customer service representatives and 118 call centers that offer support in 20 different languages, Affiliated Computer Services can provide an instant pool of operators to help assess symptoms, provide further information and direct citizens to the most appropriate level of care.
