Perot Systems Corp. (PER) reported first quarter net income of $28 million, same as prior year quarter. Earnings per share for the quarter were $0.24 per share, compared to $0.23 per share in the same quarter last year.

Revenue for the quarter decreased to $621 million from $680 million in the comparable quarter last year. Analysts expected the company to report revenue of $643.08 million for the quarter.
For the second quarter, Perot expects revenue of between $620 million to $635 million with earnings of $0.23 to $0.25 per share. Analysts expect the company to earn $0.24 per share on revenue of $668.16 million for the second quarter.
