Syniverse Technologies (SVRs) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Wireless Solutions International or WSI, a Boca Raton, Fla.-based provider of global managed roaming and wireless network solutions. Syniverse expects the transaction to close by the end of May.
