SupportSoft Inc. (SPRT) said that it has completed the divesture of its Enterprise software business to Consona Corp. in an all-cash transaction valued at about $20.0 million.
The company said that its stockholders also approved changing the company's name to support.com. support.com's shares will continue to be traded under the symbol "SPRT" on the Nasdaq market.
