Harbin Electric Inc. (HRBN) traded to the upside during the first hour of Wednesday's session and took out the highs of the day late in the afternoon. Shares finished up by $1.29 at $16.93.
Harbin Electric Inc. has been rising for over a week and closed Wednesday at a new high for the year.
