Shares of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) climbed steadily in the first 45 minutes of Tuesday's session. The stock was range-bound for the remainder of the day and closed higher by $0.76 at $38.56.
Emergency Medical Services has been rising since the beginning of June. The stock closed challenging resistance at the highs of the year Tuesday, trading at a 6-month high.
