The U.S. Department of Energy is to develop a line of defense using blockchain technology to prevent cyberattacks targeting the country's power plants.
DOE's National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) announced that it recently kicked off Phase II of an electric grid security project in partnership with decentralized cybersecurity startup Taekion.
