Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has signed a Bill into law making abortion a woman's fundamental right. With this, Minnesota has become the only state in the United States to guarantee access to abortion after the Supreme Court ruled Roe v. Wade invalid.
The "Protect Reproductive Options Act" codifies protections for abortion, contraception, sterilization, family planning, fertility treatments and other reproductive health care.
