The United States and Singapore have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Civil Nuclear Cooperation.
U.S. Ambassador to Singapore Jonathan Kaplan and Dr. Beh Swan Gin, Permanent Secretary of the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, signed the MoU.
