SAIC Bags Contract From EPA's Climate Change Unit

Science Applications International Corporation or SAIC (SAI) Thursday announced it was awarded a contract by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or EPA , to provide technical and outreach services for the development and implementation of Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program.

The program is a result of the EPA action to report greenhouse gas data in the U.S. The Fixed Rates for Services multi award IDIQ contract has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options, and a contract ceiling value of more than $139 million if all options are exercised.

Wednesday, SAIC shares closed at $12.57 on the New York Stock Exchange.
