Semiconductor test equipment supplier Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) Thursday reported a net loss for the second quarter of $1.4 million or $0.15 per share, wider than the loss of $0.8 million or $0.09 per share in the year-ago quarter.
On a non-GAAP basis, net loss for the quarter was $1.2 million or $0.13 per share, compared with the loss of $0.5 million or $0.06 per share last year.
Net sales for the quarter grew to $3.9 million from $3.6 million in the year-ago quarter.
