Goodrich Corp. (GR) Monday jointly announced extending its flight hour nacelle agreement with Hawaiian Airlines, owned by Hawaiian Holdings Inc. (HA), to include three aircraft inducted into the carrier's fleet in October 2011. The agreement, originally inked in 2001, oversees the provision of maintenance, repair and overhaul, or MRO, services along with management of spare parts, rotables and dedicated technical support.
Paul Farsetta, vice president and general manager of aftermarket for Goodrich's Aerostructures business, commented "This extension demonstrates Hawaiian Airlines' confidence in the value and service levels of the existing nacelle maintenance program with Goodrich. We are pleased that our proactive Prime Solutions nacelle maintenance management program continues to be an integral and valuable part of their fleet management approach and we look forward to continuing our relationship."
