Operating earnings were $21.6 million, or $0.19 per share, compared to $9.0 million, or $0.08 per share, for the same period in the prior year.
Net interest income for the quarter declined to $106.66 million from $107.12 million in the prior year quarter. Total non-interest income was $18.13 million, up from $15.16 million in year ago quarter.
