Bechtle AG (BC8G) said its preliminary fourth-quarter earnings before taxes, or EBT, increased approximately 6 per cent to some 26.2 million euros from 24.6 million euros last year.
Group revenues were up to around 585 million euros from 566 million euros in the prior-year quarter.
'In the fourth quarter, we were even able to slightly exceed our own record figures from the previous year-despite a rather turbulent economy,' said Thomas Olemotz, CEO of Bechtle AG.
Preliminary 2011 earnings before taxes climbed around 39 per cent to 86 million euros. This represents a significant increase in the EBT margin to 4.3 per cent from 3.6 per cent in the previous year.
Revenues totaled some 2 billion euros, up nearly 16 per cent compared to 2010.
