CardioComm Solutions Inc. (EKG.V) announced that it has granted 100,000 incentive stock options to Simi Grossman, an independent member of the board of directors. The options are exercisable at $0.355 per share, based on markets prior day's close, for five years from the date of grant, are vested equally over 18 months at the end of each three month period from the date of grant and are subject to a four month hold period.
