Misys Says CEO Mike Lawrie To Leave - Quick Facts

Misys Plc (MSY.L,MUSJF.PK) confirmed that its chief executive officer, or CEO, Mike Lawrie, got an offer of employment from a third party. Consequenlty, the Board and Mike Lawrie have mutually agreed that he will leave Misys on March 31, 2012.

Lawrie joined Misys in late 2006. During his time as the CEO of Misys, he has provided exceptional leadership to the company. He has assembled a strong management team and has transformed Misys into a leading provider of financial services software with market leading products in banking, treasury and capital markets.

Misys said the process of appointing its next CEO is underway.
