Berkshire Hathaway Inc.'s (BRKa) U.S. equity portfolio at the end of the December 2011 quarter was worth $66.15 billion, up from $59.05 billion at the end of the September 2011 quarter.

Billionaire investor Warren Buffett's investment company has raised its stake in Intel Corp. (INTC) to 11.49 million shares, in International Business Machines (IBM) to 63.9 million shares, in DIRECTV (DTV) to 20.35 million shares, regulatory filing shows. The company has also raised its holding in Wells Fargo & Co. (WFC).

Berkshire Hathaway has lowered its stake in Kraft Foods to 87 million shares, in Johnson & Johnson to 29 million shares.
