RealPage Inc. (RP: Quote) reported fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.10 after the close Thursday, compared to $0.07 last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.10. First quarter adjusted EPS is expected to be $0.10 and full year 2012 adjusted EPS is expected to be between $0.46 and $0.49. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.11 and $0.49.
RealPage gapped open lower Friday and fell in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed down by 3.48 at $20.71 on the highest volume of the year. RealPage has been declining for nearly 2 weeks and set over a 4-month low.
