Taylor Swift is joining the cause to promote the National Education Association's Read Across America Day.
In a recently released campaign video, Swift joins fellow Lorax cast members Betty White, Danny DeVito, Ed Helms and Zac Efron to read a Seuss-like poem to help promote the cause.
The poem, during which Swift and the rest of the stars alternate reciting lines, reads: "You're never too old, too wacky, too wild, to pick up a book and read with a child. In schools and communities let's gather around. Let's pick up a book. Let's pass it around. There are kids all around you, kids who will need someone to hug, someone to read. So join in the fun in your own special way. Read across America with Dr. Seuss and the NEA."
The NEA will be celebrating Read Across America Day on March 2 to coincide with the release of The Lorax.
