Justin Bieber Threatens Legal Action Over 'Joustin Beaver' Game

Justin Bieber has threatened to sue the makers of a cell phone game called Joustin' Beaver.

The game — developed by RC3 and sold for 99 cents - does not use Bieber's music but features the "Baby" singer (as a beaver) floating on a river and knocking objects down, including phot-hogs.

A cease and desist letter has been sent by Bieber's attorney Aaron D. Rosenberg, noting that further action will be taken if the game is not taken down in two days and clarifying that Bieber and his representatives never approved the game or gave authorization to use his name or likeness.

RC3 insist that they will continue to sell the game because, as a parody, it is protected by the United States Constitution.
