Police are looking to question Rick Ross after a 40-year-old man was shot to death in front of the singer's Miami Gardens home. Ross is not a suspect and was not home at the time of the shooting, but as the property owner, he is a person of interest.
Ross does not live at the house and uses it as a guest home and recording studio.
In the past, Ross has been arrested on marijuana, assault and gun charges. He has also claimed to be affiliated with gangs - in particular, the Carol City Cartel. No link has ever been established.
Ross' upcoming album, God Forgives, I Don't, which was originally set for a December 2011 release, will be released sometime in 2012.
