CACI Int'l Gets $78 Mln Contract From U.S. Air Force

CACI International Inc (CACI) announced that it has been awarded a $78 million contract to provide integration, sustainment, and deployment services in support of the U.S. Air Force Office of the Civil Engineer's NexGen IT program to replace legacy systems with current technologies.

The contract was awarded by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) under the GSA government-wide Alliant acquisition vehicle and is for a one-year base period and four option years.

Weinstein Co. said it has entered into a preliminary agreement for immediate capital infusion from Colony Capital, the global private equity arm of Colony NorthStar, Inc. In addition, Weinstein Co. has entered into a negotiating period with Colony Capital for a potential sale of all or a significant portion of its assets.
