The Black Keys are the latest addition to Firestone High School's Hall of Fame. Drummer Pat Carney and singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach are both graduates of the Ohio school.
The pair arrived at the school on March 4 to tour the school and hang their picture in the Alumni Hall of Fame. A CBS television crew, which is filming a full-length doc on the duo, was on hand to film the event.
"I haven't been in here in 12 years," remarked Carney - who graduated in 1998 - to the Akron Beacon Journal.
Mary Stormer, Carney's mom, was on hand and "thrilled" at the honor.
"It's just thrilling, and I'm sure that they're thrilled," she said. "They've wanted this for a long time. This would be the epitome of having made it to get up on that wall."
