United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) is approaching an agreement to purchase TNT Express NV (TNTEY.PK) after rejection of an initial offer of 4.9 billion euro, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.
Acquiring TNT Express will support UPS' operations in Europe.
