Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta sat down with Oprah recently to discuss a range of topics, from her sharp rise to stardom to the effect of fame on her family.
"Other than this interview Oprah, I do not intend to speak to anyone for a very long time," Lady Gaga said in a preview of the interview.
Cynthia and her daughter also talked about their anti-bullying efforts with the Born This Way Foundation.
Oprah's interview with the Mother Monster and her mother is the latest in a string of high profile sit-downs on the OWN network. Recent guests include Reba McEntire and family members of the recently deceased Whitney Houston.
The interview is billed by OWN as a "two-hour event," which takes place on March 18 at 9 p.m. EST.
