M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., provider of high-performance analog semiconductor solutions, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6 million common shares at $19.00 per share, at the high end of its estimate between $17 and $19 per share.
A total of 5.556 million shares are being offered by M/A-COM Tech and 444 thousand shares are being offered by a selling stockholder, the company stated.
In addition, certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
M/A-COM Tech will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
The shares will begin trading on March 15, 2012 on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "MTSI".
Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan, and Jefferies & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
