It's shaping up to be a big year for Nicki Minaj, and if things go according to plan, she'll soon be as big as Jay-Z.
During a recent interview with Allure, the "Superbass" star boasts that she's got an eye on Jigga's title as hip-hop's greatest:
"I never thought about music as just being the end-all, be-all. I always looked at it like a business, something that I could create an empire out of."
Nicki adds that she recently bumped into Jay:
"I had a little conversation with Jay-Z at the Victoria's Secret fashion show. He said,' Congratulations on all your success.' And I was like, 'Yeah, I'm coming for you. I'm coming for your spot, Mr.Mogul."
Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, the upcoming second album by Nicki Minaj, is due on April 3.
