The Cure and Foo Fighters have been announced as the headlining acts for this year's Leeds and Reading Festivals, U.K. promoter Festival Republic announced on Monday.
The two powerhouse acts will headline the two three-day, seven-stage festivals, set to take place August 24-26, which will also include performances by the Black Keys, Paramore, Florence + the Machine, Kasabian and the Shins and others.
The festivals, which tend to lean towards more rock-centric acts, will also include a number of electronic and hip-hop acts including Odd Future and Justice, as well as a handful of acts from abroad like Foster the People, Swedish duo Miike Snow and reunited rockers At the Drive-In.
More bands are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
