Lindsay Lohan, acting in the capacity of a ruling judge, has placed herself under house arrest. The decision comes a week after she was accused of driving her Porsche into a club manager.

Lohan was attempting to navigate a crowd of paparazzi at the Hookah Lounge and denies that she struck the individual in question:

"Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I've been at community service," Lohan wrote on Twitter. "Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn't even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi."

Police say that, unless the man decides to file charges, there is "no case whatsoever."

In the meantime, Lohan says she will not leave her house for the next two weeks.
