ConAgra Foods, Inc. (CAG) is expected to report results for the third quarter. The packaged foods company is expected to earn $0.49 per share on revenues of $3.35 billion. In the year-ago quarter, the company reported earnings of $0.50 per share on revenues of $3.15 billion. The shares closed Wednesday at $26.36. Dollar General Corp. (DG) is due to post fourth-quarter results. The discount retailer is expected to record earnings of $0.82 per share compared to $0.65 per share last year, on revenues of $4.11 billion. Shares of DG closed Wednesday's trade at $44.75. Package delivery giant FedEx Corp. (FDX) is scheduled to report third-quarter results. The company is expected to post earnings of $1.35 per share, higher than the year-ago quarter's $0.81 per share. Also, the company is anticipated to generate revenues of $10.62 billion, up from $9.66 billion in the prior-year quarter. The company's shares closed Wednesday's session at $95.82. (The stock gained nearly 24% in Q3; MA(50)- $92.38; MA(100)- $87.25; 52-wk H/L $98.66/$64.07)

Accenture Plc (ACN) is slated to report results for the second quarter. The company is expected to report a profit of $0.86 per share compared to $0.75 per share last year, on revenues of $6.64 billion. The stock closed Wednesday at $63.75. Memory chip maker Micron Technology, Inc. (MU) is expected to post second-quarter results. The company is expected to report a loss of $0.19 per share on revenues of $2.02 billion. Last year, earnings and revenue were $0.07 per share and $2.26 billion respectively. The company's shares closed Wednesday's regular trading at $8.74. (The stock rose around 25% in Q2; MA(50)- $8.05; MA(100)- $7.00; 52-wk H/L $11.89/$3.97)

Gamestop Corp. (GME), UTi Worldwide Inc. (UTIW), Cost Plus, Inc. (CPWM), Nike, Inc. (NKE), Steelcase Inc. (SCS) and Wet Seal, Inc. (WTSLA) will also report their results today.
